Who Am I And Why Should You Listen To Me?
My name is Andy Hepler. I am the head coach of training at Hepler Strength and Conditioning. After a few years of working with a select group of athletes on a one on one basis I decided to start a training facility open to all high school and middle school level athletes in the Thomasville and Davidson County area. 

We opened in 2007 and since then we have had nearly 100 athletes in and out of our facility. Whether they trained with us for a short term to get ready for tryouts, combines, college sports or they trained on a longer ongoing program there is one common denominator...they all improved as athletes. They got faster, stronger, had better conditioning and played their sport better. I hear it from parents and athletes all the time about how much better they look on the field or court.

 I have learned from, and trained with some of the biggest names and best minds in the business including Wake Forest Strength Coach Ethan Reeve, Travis Mash, Jim Wendler, Joe DeFranco and Joe Kenn. I am always researching, experimenting and evaluating methods of athletic training so that my athletes always have the most cutting edge programs avaialble to help them succeed and reach their goals in athletics and in life.
