“I don't even know where to begin. I started going to Hepler Strength after track season ended my freshman year. It has helped me so much and changed my life. When I first went in there I thought it would be just another gym but it’s not. In there you get pushed harder than you thought you could go. Andy has helped me become a much better and stronger athlete. His training has prepared me for all the sports I play. In volleyball my vertical jump has increased and I have gotten stronger and can hit harder.
But where it has helped the most is in track. Track used to just be another thing to do until this past season. After training with Andy since my freshman season ended I got serious about it and my sophomore year I realized just how much the training at the gym has helped with all that I accomplished this year. I took time off all my events, broke three school records, made it to regionals in all three events and then made it to states in the 400 meter dash. Last summer when Andy met with me and my family we had a long talk about what training at the gym could do for me as far as making me better. Since Andy is also my track coach he said he knew with his training I could improve and get faster times. I thought he was crazy and didn’t know what he was talking about. But now that a year has passed, I have put in a lot of hard work training with Andy. I see now that everything he told me last summer was right. I achieved all of the goals I set for myself. As I continue training at Hepler Strength who knows what else I will be able to accomplish. All I have to say is thank you Andy for all that you have done for me!” Taylor Moretz East Davidson Track and Field East Davidson School Record Holder in 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters East Davidson 2012 Female Track MVP Named to All County Track, All Region Track 4th Place 400 Meter Runner in NCHSAA 2A Midwest Region Championships 5th Place 200 Meter Runner in NCHSAA 2A Midwest Region Championships 15th Place 400 Meter Runner NCHSAA 2A State Championships |

"Coming out of my senior year I was incredibly nervous about how I was going to not only stay in shape over the summer but get into COLLEGE basketball shape! Working out with Andy helped me tremendously in my time at home to get prepared, and I still find myself using things I learned there in my team workout sessions at school. I certainly wouldn't have been able to make such a smooth transition to the next level without those workouts at Andy's"

"Even though I was only able to workout with Andy for a year my body went through a dramatic change in getting stronger. I not only became stronger but I became all around more athletic and developed an unprecedented work ethic through training at Hepler Strength and Conditioning. Through the support I found at Andy's and the work that he pushed me through, I was well prepared for college football. I definitely recommend Andy's for any athlete if they are wanting to not only become more athletic but to develop a stronger work ethic."

"Taylor has been going to Andy's since February of her 8th grade year. Her friends had invited her all year but we wanted to wait till after basketball season. Oh, how I wish I would not have waited! Taylor has gained so much through Andy and his strength and conditioning program. I have to say, I'm a little jealous. I know a lot about anatomy, strength, nutrition, etc. and I am a work out junkie but I could never motivate my child like Andy can. Taylor loves going to work out at Andy's. He pushes her in every aspect. Her strength, speed, agility, and jumping has improved 200% since February. The one thing I have always wished for her is to see her confidence grow. Through playing JO volleyball and AAU Basketball she has had the skill but never the mindset. Andy has given this to her. He just didn't want a person in gym working out, he wanted to develop the athlete within. Taylor and Andy came up with several goals for her Freshman year at Central. Her first two were to make varsity volleyball and basketball. Not only did she make both of them she was All-Conference in volleyball and she is in the starting line up for basketball. I can honestly say that God has blessed her with athleticism and Andy has made her realize there is nothing she cannot do. Thanks Andy!"

Coming out of high school, I had never played football in my life. Going in to college, I planned on getting a two year degree in general college. After my first semester, I decided that I wanted to give football a try. So, when the semester ended in late November of 2010, I found out about a gym in Thomasville, NC. Hepler Strength and Conditioning. I talked with Andy and by December 2nd, I was in the gym and starting my transformation. I walked on to the Louisburg College football team in January of 2011. Now, after a year and a half of training, I have opportunities to play on the Division I level. There is no way I could have made it this far without the help and guidance from Andy Hepler. His training method is above and beyond what his job title recommends. He builds more than just a training bond, he builds a friendship with each and every ATHLETE that goes there. Hepler Strength and Conditiong houses the County's best athletes. If you feel like something is impossible but you still want to try, watch how the impossible becomes reality after training with Andy; you will not be sorry you went there. Thank you Andy for all you have done for me! I can not begin to tell you how grateful I am for everything!

"Words can't really describe how grateful I am for Andy. I started working out at Andy's about a year ago now and I feel the best I ever have. He has changed the way I go about life now. He pushes me past what I thought I could ever do. He has showed me that if I put my mind to something and give my all toward it I can reach any goal and even go beyond it. I can’t really say enough about my overall changes. I have gotten stronger, faster, leaner and overall I am a better athlete. I feel much better with myself and the way I look. Many people have asked me "Is Andy a good trainer?" or " does he really know what he is talking about?" and my answer is always "Yes!" I would recommend Andy to anyone that is ready to work and train hard.

"Andy Hepler is amazing!! My son, Saig Skeen, has been very fortunate to know Andy. Andy has transformed Saig from a shy middle schooler to a confident Junior athlete. Saig is a running back for Central Davidson High School and has been working out with Andy since he was in 8th grade. As a Freshman Saig was moved up to the varsity football team and played great as a fullback. He had over 200 yards rushing and a few TDs. As a sophomore, Saig was the starting fullback and rushed for almost 1000 yards and had 12 touchdowns. As a junior, Saig was a starting running back. Saig rushed for 1712 yards and broke the school record for most points scored in a season and he broke to record for the most touchdowns in a season at 23. His 40 time decreased from a 5.0 as a 180 pound freshman to a 4.6 as a 220 pound junior!
It is amazing what Andy has done for Saig. All of his accomplishments have come from Andy building his self esteem and his muscles. Most people don’t understand that you have to be strong to get faster. He squats 545, benches 335 and deadlifts 505. Andy is a great person and an awesome trainer. He is enthusiastic and energetic. He gets in their heads and makes these athlete believe they can move mountains, and that is exactly what Saig does on the football field. It is rare to see him tackled by one or two people, it is usually 3 or 4! That is what going to Hepler Strength will do for you! If you are not going to Andy, you need to make sure you do because he is the best around and you will get results." "My daughter, Marina Moore, has been swimming competitively since she was 8 years old. Last year, during her Freshman year at East Davidson High School, she was introduced to Andy through several of the high school swimmers. After competing at the NC 1A/2A Swimming Championships, she realized that she needed to get stronger not only physically but mentally as well. She began working out with Andy during the Spring of 2011. This year, 2011-2012, has been one of her best swimming years ever. She has had "personal bests" in every meet she has swam in whether it be USA Swimming or High School Meets. This could not have been accomplished without the encouragement and support from Andy. He pushes her to do her best in each and every meet. She was in the gym the morning she swam at the Western Regional Championship. Andy asked her what she wanted to accomplish. Marina's response was that she wanted a "medal". Andy got up in her face and told her if that was what she wanted then she needed to "do it"!! Marina won the Gold Medal in the 50 Free ." "I trained this past summer at Andy Hepler's gym. I really liked the atmosphere and the flexible hours at the gym. Andy really worked hard to get me in shape for my upcoming basketball season at Catawba College. I enjoyed working out with my close friends and with Andy. He perfected my technique which maximized my performance. Andy went over and beyond what a normal trainer would do for their athletes and more importantly I developed a friendship with him. I would encourage any athlete with hopes of playing a sport in college to try out Andy's gym."

"Thank you for all the hard work you have put into helping make Kathryn a better all-around athlete and specifically volleyball player. When Kathryn came to you in mid-May as an 8th grader, her goal was to put herself in the best position possible to become a part of the varsity volleyball program at Wheatmore High School. With your help and dedication to her specific goals, not only did she make the team as a freshman, she also started for a team that went three games deep into the state playoffs.
Through her training and targeted workouts at Hepler Strength and Conditioning, I see a marked improvement, not only in Kathryn’s vertical jump, but also in the power of her hitting. Through her total body training and conditioning regimen, Kathryn has been able to make plays and perform at the same high level as some of the best talent in high school volleyball. I am looking forward to seeing her grow and develop further under your training and guidance. Thank you for inspiring her to reach her full potential and providing your services to her in a customized training program that is delivered to meet her demanding schedule." "When Andrea finished her softball season at Brown Middle School in the fall of 8th grade she told Amy and I that she wanted to make Varsity at East Davidson as a Freshman. This was her goal, what she wanted, to prove to herself that she could someday play at the college level. Andrea had told us about this gym, Hepler Strength and Conditioning, where some or her fellow athletes were training to become better. We were skeptical at first of whether or not she would put in the work and secondly of how much would that really help in softball. We checked it out and asked friends about it, and decided in February of last year to go try it out for a few visits to see if it was really for her. When we first met Andy we could see that his main focus was not to make money but to help any kids that wanted to be better athletes succeed if they were willing to work. He said it was going to be hard work but that you would see the rewards of that hard work. Honestly, we were surprised how much Andrea enjoyed it. She leaves that gym hot and sweaty but always with a smile.
It has been an amazing transformation physically but also in other areas. She is more focused and determined on everything, her grades are better, and her confidence is stronger. Last fall Andrea took a bad collision at the plate stealing home on a delay and lay on home plate screaming. We carried her off of the field and to the hospital to find she had only sprained her ankle. I have no doubts without her work outs and conditioning she would have had torn muscles, tendons, or ligaments. At that moment we knew that her work was worth every bit of time, effort, and money that we had invested. She worked harder than ever during the winter going 3-4 times per week and Andy worked on drills specific to help her for softball this spring. When tryouts started she was as prepared as she could be both physically and mentally. Andrea had kept this same goal for a year and a half and worked hard for this opportunity. There are many great athletes ahead of her at East Davidson and she knew it was going to be a challenge. Thanks to Andy as well as all of her coaches help, Andrea not only achieved her goal to make Varsity but she is the starter at 3rd base! Also as a testament to her speed she started the season as the lead-off batter. We know that so much of her success is directly attributed to Hepler Strength and Conditioning and the efforts put in by Andy to help her achieve her goals. Nearly half way through this season Andrea is batting over .400, has an on base percentage of nearly .600, a slugging percentage of over .900, and 2 homeruns. Thank you Andy! I hope that Andrea always makes you and your gym proud!" Mike & Amy Sowers Parents of Andrea Grant East Davidson High School |

"This past summer I went to Andy's gym to help reach my goal of making Varsity basketball. This required me to be faster, stronger, and in great shape. I told Andy my goal and he didn't stop until we reached it. Since this was the first time I had really worked out and lifted weights, Andy helped teach the techniques and the reasoning of each exercise. Andy always had faith in me and never let me quit. No matter how hard a specific exercise was for me, Andy was there to coach me through it and give me pointers that would help me. Not only did Andy make me faster and stronger, he taught me that hard work pays off in the end. “

"After visiting Andy's gym, I have no doubt that any athlete could go there and receive fantastic results. Andy realizes that it takes hard work and a great atmosphere to reap extraordinary results. All you have to do is watch his video, and if you aren’t jacked, then you shouldn’t be in sports in the first place!”

“My name is Avery Bowles and I’ve been going to Andy Hepler since I was in middle school. He has helped to increase my velocity on the mound from 75 to 86mph within two seasons. I know where I want to be and Andy Hepler works me hard to achieve my goals, and remind me nothing comes easy. If you’re looking for someone to take an interest in you both on and off the field, someone that will work to help build your core, Andy Hepler is by far the best around. When I first started I had no idea what I was in for. He trained me harder than I could ever imagine. Now when I walk into Andy’s my dreams become more of a reality. You think you train hard, you think you are on top of your game, until you step foot in his gym. I thought my dreams were a little farfetched, but the one thing I will never forget. He told me that “no dream is impossible.” That is what gives me the drive to be what he knows I can be.”
