When you join Hepler Strength and Conditioning you are not "joining a gym", you are signing up for a training program. We expect athletes and parents to understand that this is NOT like working out at the YMCA or Anytime Fitness. This is a serious strength and conditioning facility designed to help athletes improve their sports performance. Athletes follow specific training programs under the supervision of a professional strength and conditioning coach.
Athletes and parents also need to understand that improvements in strength, speed and power do not come in a "quick-fix" program. There is no contract or required amount of time to train, however we know that to see the most improvements and best results from the program the athlete should be training for a minimum of three months.
If you do not have three months to train before your sports season starts you can train as much as you are able and available to and then switch to an in-season program while you are playing your sport. Most athletes on our program train year round alternating between in-season training and off-season training.

Payment is due in advance of starting training. Payment is due first week of each month. Membership is pro-rated by week if you join mid-month. We Accept Payment Via Cash, Check or Credit Card (online including PayPal)
