Schedule / Hours
Training schedule is subject to athlete participation levels. If enough athletes do not sign up for a specific session we reserve the right to cancel that session and combine into one class. Our regular session schedule is listed below. The calender will always have the most up to date information including any modifications for holidays, etc.
An athletes training program will determine the number of times he/she trains per week. Ideally, athletes would train in a group of athletes that compete in the same sport at a similar level, and training sessions would be at the same set times every week. With that said, we understand how difficult it is to balance school, sports, training, work (in some cases) and having a social life.
Because every one of our athletes is given their own training program, it's possible to mix athletes from different sports within one group without compromising the quality of training they receive. This also allows us to be flexible in our scheduling to better accommodate the varying scheduling needs of our athletes.
