Increase Your Vertical Jump Clinic
Hepler Strength and Conditioning is offering a 3-hour “hands-on” intensive camp to teach you how to develop your vertical jump through strength training, plyometric training and specific technique training. The clinic will be on Saturday, February 5th 2011 and is for any athletes who want to improve their vertical jump, for example, volleyball, basketball, etc.

- The difference between jumping in a game versus jumping for testing purposes
- The one stretch you should be doing that will instantly improve your vertical jump
- Why some types of jumpers need more strength and others need more power
- Best exercises to improve your vertical jump and how to perform them
- Maximum jump power versus repeated jump power (power endurance)
- The role that nutrition and body composition plays in vertical jump performance
- Question and answer session
In addition to all the information presented each participant will also:
- Be measured on their vertical jump, both standing and approach jump using the Vertical Challenger ™ jump testing equipment
- Receive a pass for a FREE WEEK of training sessions at Hepler Strength and Conditioning (non-gym members only)
